TESDA, MSU ink agreement to combat poverty in Mindanao
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has a new partner in its drive to reduce poverty in Southern Philippines, the Mindanao State University (MSU) System.
On his third day as the new TESDA Director General, Secretary Guiling A. Mamondiong joined the 24th Direction Setting Committee Meeting, his first meeting with the TESDA Board Members, on July 15 2016 at the Agency’s Board Room in Taguig to discuss the Policy Paper on Entrepreneurship Program and Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Policy Agenda.

August 25, 1994 marks the history of the creation of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority through the enactment of Republic Act 7796 which was signed into law by then President Fidel V. Ramos on the said date.
